brief introduction:

A hammer crusher is a type of crusher used to directly crush materials with a maximum particle size of 600-1800 millimeters to 25 millimeters or less. Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing materials with medium hardness, such as construction waste, limestone, slag, coke coal, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, etc. They are widely used in industries such as cement, chemical, power, metallurgy, and construction.

working principle:

The pin passes through the pin holes on its circumference, and the hammer is hinged between each row. The distance from the center of the pin hole to the rotation axis varies, used to adjust the gap between the hammer head and the grate. To prevent slipping from the platinum direction of the hanging hammer body and hammer head, the two ends of the hanging hammer body are fixed with clamping hammer discs and locking nuts. The two ends of the bearing are supported on the rolling bearing and fixed to the housing with bolts. The spindle and motor are directly connected using an elastic coupling. To ensure smooth operation of the rotor, a flywheel is installed at one end of the main shaft.
